All orders are delivered by our own employees.

By avoiding intermediaries, we keep delivery times to a minimum and significantly reduce the risk of damage.

Thanks to our deep knowledge of the products, our team brings everything in quickly and efficiently, then assembles it perfectly – fast and without any issues.
2–4 days before delivery, our logistics team will call you personally to confirm and schedule the exact time.

We've gathered the most frequently asked questions about delivery in one place.

Which countries do we ship to?

Within Poland, we deliver and assemble all orders using our own transport. This is completely free, with no minimum order value. For delivery information to other countries, change the Delivery country in the footer of this page.

Who will deliver my order?

Within Poland, from the moment of ordering, through production to delivery, everything is handled by our own staff. This gives us control over the quality of the services provided.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

The order lead time is stated directly on the page of the product you're interested in. During busy periods, minor delays may occur. A few days before the planned delivery, you'll receive an SMS with the delivery date and a three-hour time window.

We deliver all furniture with our own transport; we don't use courier companies. For this reason, we cannot give an exact delivery date earlier than 3 days before delivery.

Can I set an exact delivery date for my order?

A few days before delivery, our customer service will get in touch to arrange the exact date and time. If the date doesn't suit you, our logistics specialist will set a new one.

What if I can't receive the furniture on the scheduled date?

After production, we will make two attempts to deliver the product to you.

If you're unable to receive the furniture on the scheduled date, you can purchase a storage service from us at PLN 100 gross for each started 30-day period, per piece of furniture.

Our staff member will inform you of this option by phone.

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery and assembly within Poland are free with every order. Open the door and we'll take care of the rest. In other countries, the price may vary depending on availability.

Will the drivers take away the packaging waste?

After delivery, point out where waste should be placed. Our fitters sort the waste and take it out for you. Please note, however, that the drivers will not take cardboard and film with them.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Orders can be picked up in person at our warehouse. Address: Przemysłowa 62, 34-120 Andrychów, PL. Please let us know in advance by noting it in the order comments or by contacting us.
