We have collected the most frequently asked questions at the customer's site, so that all relevant information is always at hand.

General information

Will I get a free fabric samples before the standard products?

We ship free fabric samples independent of the products ordered. Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day. Depending on the form of delivery to you and your address, they will arrive from 1 to 5 days.

What payment option are available?

All available payment options are available after going from the cart to payment. Depending on the selected product, we offer a standard bank transfer, quick card payments, e-transfer, BLIK and Klarna installment payment.

Can I order a product with different spec?

With each product, there is a configurator where you can choose the implementation you are interested in. If you haven't found a fabric that has found the right one for you, contact us. We will help you to find perfect combination. We do not accept dimension changes.

Can I speed up my order?

In order to maintain the standards of workmanship and the appropriate quality, we cannot rush the order. Our products are made from scratch in our factory. If you care about fast delivery, check the tab available immediately. That furniture is waiting for you in stock and we dispatch them immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the complex manufacturing process, we are unable to make changes to orders that are already in production.

You can cancel your order. If the furniture has already been partially produced according to your individual specifications, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the costs already incurred in its production.

If the order has already been paid for, the automatic refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

Where do you manufacture your furniture?

We do manufacture all furniture that we offer. We produce in our factory Andrychów Poland.

Care and maintenance

What are the general recommendations for caring for furniture?

Shake the pillows at least once a month. Swap them places from time to time. Check the condition of the leg bolts several times a year. All details can be found in the folding instructions that is attached to your order.

How do I clean stains?

Act fast. Drain the stain with a paper towel, and then wipe the stain with a microfiber cloth moistened with water. Leave it to dry.

Can I laundry the upholstery?

For each fabric, see the technical section for machine washing guidelines. If the fabric manufacturer allows it, iron the cover with a slightly damp cloth after washing, and then place it on the pillow when it is completely dry.

Can I order a spare parts?

Our products are designed so that parts can be replaced. Contact us.

Orders and shipping

Which country do you deliver?

In Poland, we deliver and assemble all orders using our own transportation. This service is completely free of charge, with no minimum order value. To obtain information about delivery to other countries, please change the Delivery Country in the footer of this page.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

The delivery time for your order is specified directly on the product page. During periods of high demand, slight delays may occur. A few days before the scheduled delivery, you will receive a notification from us via SMS and email with the exact delivery date and a three-hour time window. 

We deliver all furniture using our own transport service – we do not ship via courier companies. For this reason, it is unfortunately not possible to confirm the exact delivery date earlier than three days before the delivery.

Can I set an exact delivery date for my order?

A few days before the delivery, the customer service department will contact you to arrange the exact date and time of delivery. If the date is not suitable for you, our logistician will set a new date.

What if delivery time doesn't suit me?

After production, we will make two attempts to deliver the product to you.

If you are unable to pick up the furniture within the specified time, you can purchase a storage service from us for PLN 100 gross, for each commenced 30 days, for one piece of furniture.

Our employee will inform you about this possibility by phone.

What is delivery cost?

Delivery is always free, regardless of the size of the order. We deliver products to Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria with room delivery and free assembly.

Will the drivers take away packaging waste?

Depends on the carrier. Please note that our drivers do not take away cardboard boxes and foil/plastic wrap.

Can I collect my order from warehouse?

You can collect your order directly from our warehouse in Poland. Contact us if you need.

Returns and guarantee

Can I return goods?

Up to 14 days after the sofa is delivered to you, you can return the order. Enter your orders and submit a return by clicking the "Report a return" button. If you ordered a sofa by e-mail in a fabric outside the configurator, unfortunately you cannot return it. Returns can only be made by consumers and individual entrepreneurs making purchases for purposes unrelated to business activity.

The returned item must be new, unused, and have the original tags attached. Returning products that show signs of use may result in a reduced refund amount, and in extreme cases, the return may be rejected.

What is return cost?

You can make the return yourself to our warehouse in Poland and we will refund you the full purchase amount. However, if you are unable to transport large furniture, after clicking "Report Return" under the "Your Orders" tab you will see the transport service we can offer.

When you will return my money?

After passing the quality control, we will refund your subscription access within 14 days, whichever way you want to pay.

Is the furniture covered by the warranty?

Each product is covered by a 24-month warranty. An additional 5-year warranty is free for each product and covers the furniture frame. Find out more about the additional warranty in the "Additional warranty" tab.
