No matter which piece of furniture you choose, we'll deliver it free of charge. Across Poland, Austria and Germany. We care about every detail, which is why our own staff deliver and assemble your furniture. We don't want to entrust such an important task to couriers. Thanks to our large fleet and people we trust, we can be sure your delivery goes smoothly and on time.
Carrying and assembly regardless of the floor
We carry in and assemble your furniture. That's our standard, no matter the distance from the factory or how high the floor. Our team will handle any challenge with ease.
Our own people
From the moment you order, through production and all the way to delivery, everything is handled by our own staff. This gives us full control over the quality of our service. You won't be disappointed. Our fleet of 7 delivery vans and 14 people means we're always on the spot and on time!
Removing waste after assembly
Once delivery is complete, just show us where to place the waste. Our installers will sort it and take it out for you. Please note, however, that our drivers do not take cardboard and foil with them.
A confirmed delivery date
You'll receive an estimated delivery date from us by email, in your order confirmation. As the date approaches, expect a call from us to confirm. We never come to your address without contacting you by phone first. We respect your time, which is why every delivery is scheduled in advance. If you can't receive the furniture on the date we propose, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Just let us know in advance or during the call.
A return on made-to-order furniture? With us, yes.
We produce every piece of furniture especially for you, so the law does not oblige us to accept returns. Even so, we give you 14 days from delivery to decide — because we want you to shop with peace of mind.
If you decide to return a made-to-order piece, we deduct just 10% of its value from your refund — this covers part of the cost of making an item created for your order, as well as its later disposal. We return the remaining amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
A made-to-order item being returned doesn't have to be new or have its original tags. As it was made especially for you, we don't put it back on sale — so you're free to keep using it right up until we collect it. Who knows, over those few days you might just fall for it and decide to keep it for years to come.

Furniture available from stock
Furniture available from stock (with express delivery) is not made to order, so when you return it we don't deduct any disposal cost — we refund you the full amount. In this case, we ask that the item be returned unused and in its original condition, as it goes back on sale.

Returning it to us
You arrange delivery back to us yourself. If you'd prefer, we can collect it with our own transport — we'll quote this service individually based on your address. At your request, we can provide the collection quote even before you place your order.
