Free Delivery and Assembly
All orders are delivered by our own staff. By avoiding intermediaries, we minimize delivery time and reduce the risk of damage.

Delivery Date

The delivery date is automatically calculated based on our previous orders. We will inform you of the exact date at a later stage. 2–4 days before delivery, our logistics team will contact you by phone to schedule the delivery. We never arrive unannounced.

Carrying and Assembly

Our staff will carry all furniture to the specified location and assemble it professionally – regardless of high floors or lack of an elevator. Thanks to their product knowledge, the furniture is moved in and assembled quickly, safely, and efficiently.

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

All our furniture is made to order according to the customer’s specifications. Nevertheless, for customer convenience, we allow returns under the general conditions described below.

Returned items must be new, unused, and have all original tags attached. Missing original packaging may reduce the refund amount due to decreased product value. Products showing signs of use may result in a reduced refund, and in extreme cases, the return may be refused.

If the furniture has already been fully produced according to an individual order, the company reserves the right to deduct part of the costs incurred in its production from the refund.
